The Moon's Phases
Many calendars show the new, full, first and last quarter moons with good reason. Not only do they influence the tides, but they also influence your relationship cycles.
New Moon: A time for initiation, expansion and renewal, such as starting a new relationship.
First Quarter Moon: A time of fruition. Build upon the things you've started in the New Moon.
Full Moon: A time of culmination and emotional intensification in relationships.
Last Quarter Moon:
A time to resolve issues, determine
outcomes, and make way for opportunities
in the next new moon.

Is your love life cycling down? One of our love psychics can help.
The Void of Course
"Whatever is done in a Void of Course Moon has to be done again, repeatedly; and that which you repeat will never have a chance to manifest."
- Unknown
If you've never heard of the phrase 'Void Of Course,' it's an astrological phrase for the time when the moon is between signs. This is the minutes, or hours, from the time the moon leaves one sign, but has not yet entered another sign. The amount of time can vary, but knowing when the Void Of Course is happening is very handy, because, historically, during this time, nothing goes right. Plans are disrupted, mistakes happen, things don't work, decisions are bad, and in the end, everything must be done over again. So it's just practical, better-safe-than-sorry advice to avoid the Void of Course periods when planning anything of significance.
How to cope with a Void of Course
Make no big plans, nor big decisions.
Commit to nothing. Hold off big
purchases of any kind.
Avoid seeking advice from others.
Regardless of their area of authority
- lawyers, doctors, counselors,
teachers, ministers, rabbis, etc.
- their judgment will be clouded
as well.
Relax and spend time rejuvenating.
Do some meditation. Catch up on
your reading. Clean the house. Take
a leisurely walk. Or, just 'veg
out.'
Postpone repairs. Wait until the
Void of Course period ends. Otherwise,
it will likely be wasted time and
money, with repairs needing to be
redone.
Avoid communications that are extremely
important. So hold off making that
crucial call, sending that e-mail
or fax, or even composing that letter
until the time is over. Otherwise,
you will surely wind-up frustrated
with disrupted, mangled or undelivered
messages.
The Void of Course is great for
taking a break. Need more help?
